In addition\, Nicole is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.\nPrevious to WLI\, Nicole advocated for women as an author\, speaker\, and founder of MOMentity.com\, which was an online community for overwhelmed moms. Nicole was a syndicated columnist for 5 years and is the author of "52 Weeks to Fortify Your Family: 5-minute messages" (Cedar Fort 2015). Nicole has a bachelor's degree in communications and public relations from Weber State University.\nNicole loves to read and watercolor and is raising four nearly-adult kids\, ages 21\, 18\, and 15-year-old twins. This means she really spends her time waiting up late for teenagers to get home\, keeping high-quality snacks in the pantry\, and building parental bonds through texts\, memes\, and Tik-Tok.
