• Shift from founder to architect. Participants will explore how to move beyond "doing it all” and begin designing a business that others can help run effectively. 

• Build systems that support growth. The workshop will cover key sales, operational, financial, and people systems that create consistency, clarity, and stronger decision-making. 

• Use AI to strengthen repeatable processes. Attendees will learn how AI can support better systems, improve efficiency, and help create scalable workflows. 

• Track the right metrics and create an action plan. Participants will learn how scorecards, dashboards, and consistent review rhythms support growth, then develop a 90-day scaling action plan.
